Kate Bearman


Kate graduated from Leeds University with First Class Honours in Politics and Parliamentary Studies.  She began her career in the Canadian Senate and then the House of Commons, before embarking on a career in political communications, where she specialised in advising FTSE 100 companies.   She now advises clients on all aspects of strategic communications. 

She is a former Vice Chair of the Governing Body at The Henrietta Barnett School, one of the top performing state schools in the country, where she chaired the Strategy Committee; served on the Education Committee and the Admissions Committee and represented the Governing Body at staff appeals.  She is currently a Governor at the Watford UTC.  She is also a Trustee of the Go Play Foundation, which supports charities that work with abused and neglected children. Kate is proud to be a trustee of the Meller Educational Trust, and strongly supports its belief that all young people deserve the very best education in order to achieve their full potential.
